1.1 Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 4 days of receiving your order. We may request photos or additional information to assess the issue. Once verified, we will offer a replacement or issue a refund.

1.2 Incorrect Items: In the rare event that you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 4 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you, and you may be required to return the incorrect item.

1.3 General Refunds: For non-defective items, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order to discuss your situation.

2. Return Policy

2.1 Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
