At Savant Grooming, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read the following policy carefully.

1. Returns & Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it

  • It must be in original packaging

  • Contact us within 4 days of receiving your order

2. Refunds

  • Damaged/Defective Items: Contact us within 4 days with a photo. We’ll offer a replacement or refund.

  • Incorrect Items: Let us know within 4 days. We’ll ship the correct item and cover return shipping.

  • General Returns: Contact us within 30 days. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue is our fault (defective or incorrect items).

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order.
